Hythe, Kent ( Supported Living)
77 per hour
Shift work comprising of early shifts, late shifts and every other weekend.
Generous Holidays: 33 days of annual leave (including eight days statutory bank holidays).
10% overtime, 10%+basic rate sleep in and Waking night allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% for key dates over Christmas.
Training & development: Earn money while you get a fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
You may be supporting someone to plan their weekly shop, to going on an outdoor adventure. Providing everyday personal care to supporting someone to go to their favourite gig. You could be building someone's confidence in using public transport to teaching money management skills. What's important is supporting people to discover new interests, achieve new goals and maintain important relationships with their family and friends.
You'll provide the highest possible standard of care and support for learning disabled adults. All this while working a variety of shifts to support your work and home life balance.
Public transport to our service here is limited so it would be great if you had a driving licence and access to a car, or are able to get help getting to and from the service. You will need to have flexibility to work shifts, including sleep in nights, weekends and bank holidays.
