We are offering a basic salary between £28,000 and £45,800, depending on skills and experience, based on a 40‑hour working week with Saturdays paid as overtime, plus an additional over‑performance bonus opportunity. Your role as a Vehicle Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. Quality workmanship and achieving first‑time fixes are core values that guide everything we do. We are looking for technicians across all levels and packages, which depend on experience and qualifications.
Salary Packages
* Service and Maintenance Technician: £28,000 – £45,800
* Service and Diagnostic Technician: £30,000 – £38,600
* Senior Technician: £32,000 – £41,000
* Master Technician: £36,000 – £45,800
Qualifications & Skills
* A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
* Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
* MOT licence preferred but not essential
* Your own set of tools
* A full UK driving licence
