Due to expansion, Tomsetts Distribution LTD, an established family-run hailage and logistics company based in newhaven, is lookong for an experienced HGV or PSV technician to join our growing workshop team.
What you'll be doing:
* Servicing, maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles (HGV, vans, trailers)
* Work on our own fleet plus external customers including local coach operators.
* Varied workload - no two days are the same.
* Full-time,permanent position.
* Week 1: 05:30 to 13:30, plus Saturday.
* Week 2: 12:30 to 21:00.
What we're looking for:
* Qualified HGV or PSV technician with commercial vehicle experience.
* Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
* Good diagnostic skills across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
* Strong attention to detail, with great organisational skills.
* Ability to complete all associated documentation accurately and on time.
* Full HGV and UK driving license essential.
* Ensuring good housekeeping of the workshop.
* Understanding of Health and Safety.

* Earnings: £38,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
