Finance Manager – Property & Assets | Permanent | North West | Housing Association
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a progressive and community-driven Housing Association to recruit a Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be based in the Property & Assets team and will be managing one direct report. The client offers great benefits such as hybrid working (2-3 days a week onsite) and flexible working hours.
Duties;
1. Lead the development of effective reporting tools and financial data reports for the Property Services and Assets Teams
2. Support preparation of programme returns and grant claims to external partners
3. Contrast the results of stock condition surveys to Business Plan assumptions.
4. Prepare fixed asset register and general ledger entries using data from the stock investment programme
5. Prepare budgets for Property Services including analysis of different workstreams
The person;
6. At least 5 years experience in a general finance operation, including general ledger management.
7. Experience of the housing sector would be desirable.
