The Project Analyst Operations ensures that all key initiatives are managed effectively, in the required time frame and parameters. Providing support to the Vice President Operations to monitor, track and develop projects. Ensuring that Senior Leadership are provided with fiscal reporting and project status on a regular basis. Continuously striving to improve internal processes and procedures and improving project efficiencies. Working closely with the Client Services team and the Service Delivery team to ensure that the project timelines are met, and the client receives an excellent experience of working with Ryan.

2. Build strong productive relationships and communication inside and outside Ryan in order to deliver effective solutions based on a deep understanding of business
3. Attends Client meetings as part of the Client Services team, providing a gold standard experience for Ryan’s key clients
4. Facilitate meetings for which includes: coordinating presenters, gathering and combing presentation presenters, setting up the platform for the meeting, testing phone lines, and running slide deck.

6. Work actively with different functions and the stakeholder group globally which includes Client Services, Data Extraction and the Practice project teams, to ensure that any new or existing requirements are well understood and actively tracked to implementation / remediation.
7. Drive defining and implementing key processes and controls that enable Practices to continue to meet the targets. Align the key operational processes and controls to the design and build of the new strategic reporting system.
8. Supports the timely collection of data from Ryan clients, mitigates difficulties in advance to facilitate Data Extraction
9. Prepare communication packs on business processes as appropriate to ensure staff globally are fully enabled to support the existing reporting processes and controls.
10. Provide high quality status updates to senior Operations management as requested and at appropriate junctures.
11. Close projects and transition them into continuous improvement, ensuring that we capture key lessons to improve our change management capability.
12. Ensure that the controls being implemented are effective at mitigating cause of project delay, and any gaps are well articulated to the Management team
13. Leverages Ryan’s customer relationship management (CRM) tool to log and record prospecting activity for the Client Services team
14. Manage all in/out bound communications from the department inbox ensuring all approvals are met and inbound leads are assigned accurately.
15. Review and propose recommendations using business intelligence tools on all transition plans for department leader review and approval.
16. Manage, prioritize and coordinate all client and internal meeting requests and organize detailed travel arrangements (domestic and international); provides general administrative support to President of Europe and Asia Pacific and the Vice President of Operations / Corporate Development.
17. Maintain all go-to-market subscription renewals and work with Director, Global Clients and Markets Operations, to manage subscription renewals and new contracts with vendors. This includes Legal review, Workday requisition management and business case support.
18. Manage Win Announcement process which includes, “wins”, schedule interviews, track progress, and maintain communications when completed.
19. Perform other duties as assigned with a positive demeanor.
Education and Experience:
20. Bachelor's degree and up to 5 years related experience required.
21. Working towards a qualification in Project Management
22. Expert knowledge of Ryan’s internal processes and systems
23. Demonstrable strong teamwork and collaboration with internal and external groups.
24. Analytical mindset, attention to detail.
25. Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills and must excel in a fast-paced environment. Must be quick, proactive and responsive and have experience supporting a team.
26. Ability to drive items to conclusion on time and with minimal direction.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have basic skills in Microsoft® Access, Internet navigation and research, and intermediate skills in Microsoft® Word, Excel, Outlook, and Accounting and Billing software.
