Contract Senior Paralegal - Real Estate Here at TLT, we are looking to speak to Contract Paralegals/Senior Paralegals, who have a minimum of 12 months of Paralegal experience and experience in Real Estate Law.
The role will be an initial 6-month contract and will be paid a day rate via an Umbrella company. Ideally, candidates will reside in the Glasgow region as office attendance is a requirement.
This position is being offered on a part-time basis, working 21 hours per week.
Role Responsibilities:
* Responsible for own caseload of repossession files, referring all legal aspects to the Team Supervisor or Team Manager.
* Preparation of communications and legal documents.
* Processing new matters using case management system.
* Use case management system to action workflow entries daily and from the schedule for individual files.
* Regularly update clients on the progress of matters.
* Ensure that all matters are billed promptly.
Your Skills and Experience:
* At least 12 months of Paralegal experience within Real Estate.
* Previous administration experience.
* Previous telephone handling experience.
* Demonstrate empathy/affinity with clients and good telephone manner, with clear diction.
* Proactivity and attention to detail.
* Organisational and time management skills.
