In this role you will take ownership of our sales commission program, supporting a high-performing and expanding sales team. You will play a key part in shaping and managing commission structures that not only rewards success but also fuels performance and motivation.You’ll be the go-to expert for designing, implementing and overseeing commission plans that are both impactful and accurate ensuring timely, precise payments that keep our sales engine running at full speed.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain commission structures and sales incentive programs that align with company objectivesCalculate, process and distribute commissions for the entire sales organization on scheduleCreate and maintain documentation of all commission plans and payment processesPartner with Finance and HR to ensure commission payments are accurate and compliantAnalyze sales performance data to provide insights and recommendations for improving incentive programsResolve commission payment discrepancies and respond to inquiries from sales team membersManage and optimize our commission tracking tool to ensure data accuracyProvide regular reporting on commission payouts and program effectiveness to leadershipSkills and Experience:Experience in sales compensation management, preferably in a SaaS environmentStrong understanding of sales commission structures and best practicesAdvanced Excel skills and experience with commission management software like Salesforce SpiffExceptional attention to detail and analytical abilitiesExcellent communication skills for explaining complex compensation plansExperience managing commissions for large sales teams (100+)Knowledge of Salesforce and commission automation toolsExperience with sales compensation in a high-growth SaaS environmentExcellent written, presentation and verbal communication skillsAbout Ideagen Ideagen is the invisible force behind many things we rely on every day - from keeping airplanes soaring in the sky, to ensuring the food on our tables is safe, to helping doctors and nurses care for the sick.
