As we grow into new markets, we’re looking for a Finance Controller who will play a central role in keeping our business strong, and dynamic through growth. The Role This is more than accounts and reports - it’s about being the backbone of a fast-growing business. You’ll be the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, from finances and budgets to contracts and compliance, giving the team the confidence to focus on customers and growth. It’s a full-time role, ideal for someone who wants meaningful responsibility, the space to work independently, and the satisfaction of knowing their work directly shapes the success of a growing brand. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounts - invoicing, payments, payroll, and bookkeeping Complete bi-weekly/monthly reconciliation of accounts Monitor consignment stocks and complete month-end close of accounts with accruals Prepare reports on sales and interpreting it to guide decision-making Complete month-end close of accounts with accruals and adjustments as necessary Execute monthly/ quarterly tax returns Manage drafting and execution of contracts and supplier agreements What We’re Looking For Strong experience in bookkeeping, finance, and operations Experience in retail and international sales Highly organised and methodical with close attention to detail.
