We’re working with a thriving business in Brighouse who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team on a temporary basis until December, with the potential for a permanent role for the right person. This role offers real variety and the chance to play a key part in their busiest time of year. Some of the key Customer Service Administrator duties are: Processing incoming orders from the website – online sales are booming! Speaking to both trade and individual consumers on the phone, answering queries and providing excellent service Resolving any customer complaints confidently and professionally Supporting the team with Christmas hamper orders – these are big business and you’ll be liaising with the packing team to get them right Carrying out general office duties such as ordering supplies and coordinating with the warehouse team on order fulfilment Other general admin duties to support the business We’re looking for someone who picks things up quickly, has a natural way with people, and isn’t shy when it comes to picking up the phone. Previous experience in a customer-focused role would be ideal. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm with a 30-minute lunch break, earning £12.60 per hour. From mid-October onwards, things do get busier in the lead-up to Christmas, so some flexibility with hours would be appreciated.
