Your new role We’re looking for a detail‑driven and proactive E‑Billing Coordinator to join this growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high‑quality work. You’ll play a key part in ensuring client invoices are submitted correctly and on time, while helping to refine and improve their internal processes.What You’ll Be Doing
1. Managing the accurate submission of bills in line with client guidelines, agreed timescales, and internal policies.
2. Verifying approved bills against e‑billing platform approval forms and resolving discrepancies before submission.
3. Keeping bill statuses updated throughout the full billing lifecycle and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
4. Attending weekly 1‑2‑1 meetings with your Team Manager to review progress and address any challenges.
5. Participating in monthly discussions with client relationship partners to resolve issues affecting successful billing.
6. Handling internal and external billing queries within agreed SLAs.
7. Providing feedback on process improvements or training needs to support efficient end‑to‑end billing.
8. Sharing regular volume and performance updates with your Team Manager and key stakeholders.
9. Supporting project‑based tasks where precision and attention to detail are essential.
What you'll need to succeed
What We’re Looking ForExperience within an e‑billing function—ideally in a legal or professional services environment ideally with Legal-X experience.
10. Exceptional attention to detail and amitment to accuracy.
11. Strongmunication skills and confidence engaging with internal teams and external partners.
12. Ability to work independently and remain productive without close supervision.
13. A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
