* Translate technical concepts into clear practical solutions
* Help design solutions across cybersecurity, cloud, modern workspace and automation
* Work alongside Account Managers to identify and develop opportunities
* Establish strong relationships with clients
* Must have experience in either a pre-sales or solutions architect role
* Good knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, modern workplace, integration and AI
* Background in IT Delivery management advantageous
