Senior Project Worker
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Project Worker to lead specialist, trauma-informed support for women in a supported housing setting.
Position: Senior Project Worker (Women Specific)
Salary: £31,135-£33,635 (dependent on experience)
Location: Southend on sea
Hours: 37 hours per week (including evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required)

About the role
This is a pivotal senior practitioner role within a female-only supported accommodation service. You will provide leadership on complex casework, ensuring high-quality, gender-responsive support for women who have experienced trauma, abuse and multiple disadvantage.
You will act as a role model for best practice, supporting colleagues to deliver safe, consistent and empowering services that promote recovery, independence and long-term stability.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Holding a reduced caseload of complex, high-risk cases
2. Leading case supervision, offering guidance and constructive challenge to staff
3. Providing specialist expertise in violence against women and girls (VAWG), including domestic abuse and sexual violence
