Customer Success Manager - EMEA

We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Success Manager with strong technical expertise and client advocacy skills. In this role, you’ll be the voice of the customer, ensuring they gain maximum value from our platform while working closely with Operations, Sales, and Product.
What You’ll Do
* Act as the main customer contact, driving satisfaction and engagement.
* Monitor platform usage and proactively promote adoption and growth.
* Lead onboarding and training, ensuring smooth customer transitions.
* Become a product expert, guiding clients on current and upcoming features.
* Build strong, trust-based relationships with global customers.

* Experienced in architecture or design - must.
* Excellent communicator in English - must.
* Skilled at working with international customers.
* Proactive problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills.
* Additional languages (French, German) - plus.
