Housing Management Worker (Nights)
Earn £12.60 per hour (£24,638 per annum) [pro rata] and great benefits including Health Cash Plan.

Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join Wilkinson House as a Housing Management Worker. You will support customers, ensuring their homes are safe, well maintained and that they can move on to secure, long‑term accommodation.
What You’ll Do
* Engage with customers who have experienced homelessness and a range of support needs, including offending, mental/physical health and substance misuseli>
* Help customers with housing benefit claims and ensure these are received on their rent accounts.
* Turn around vacant or void rooms within set timescales to maximise occupancy.
* Carry out and record routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities.
* Manage the admin of updating records, ordering and arranging payment for works to be done.

Qualifications & Experience
* Background in property management (a plus).
* Experience in an environment with compliance and health & safety checks.
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service and a genuine desire to help customers.
* Ability to work independently and positively influence a diverse group of people.
* Confidence working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
* Passion for property and excitement about ensuring properties are the best they can be for customers.
Practical Bits
* Set work pattern with 3 to 4 sleep‑ins per week.
* Based at our service in Wymondham.
* Must be able to use technology for creating and updating support plans, making benefit claims and doing tenancy sign‑ups.
* Enhanced DBS check required (we cover the cost).
