Join Us For the Festive Period: Dispatch Beautiful Jewellery
Are you organised, enthusiastic, and ready to be part of a team that brings comfort and joy to families during the festive season? We're looking for Temporary Dispatching Assistants to support us through our busiest time of year – November and December.
In this important role, you'll help ensure every order is perfect before it reaches our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out final quality checks on each order
* Expertly packaging each order with care and attention
* Creating accurate shipping labels and fulfilling orders on our systems
* Supporting our Customer Service Team by preparing and dispatching print kits, ashes collection kits, and brochures
You'll need a good eye for detail, confidence in using computers and dispatching software, and a proactive approach to spotting anything that doesn't look quite right. Accuracy and care are key – every order you handle means the world to the customer receiving it.
While experience in a similar role is a bonus, full training will be provided. What matters most is enthusiasm, reliability, and pride in your work.

Hours: 15hrs over 3-5 days*
*Our Studio is open weekdays only, 9 am to 5 pm; a work schedule within these hours is negotiable
Starting Salary: £12.21ph
Starting Date: Early November
Contract End Date: 23rd December 2025
