Head of Supply Chain
London (Hybrid) | Up to £90,000
Scaling Hospitality Brand | DTC & In-Store Growth
We’re partnering with a fast-growing hospitality brand entering an exciting new chapter. With a loyal following and a reputation for quality and innovation, the business is scaling both its in-store experience and rapidly growing its At Home / DTC offering.
To support this growth, they are hiring a commercially minded and operationally excellent Head of Supply Chain to take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain function across both channels — from supplier management to last-mile delivery.
This is a newly created leadership role, offering a real opportunity to shape the function, drive efficiencies, and influence how the brand delivers best-in-class experiences to customers at home and in-store.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full supply chain function across store and DTC channels, including sourcing, production, fulfilment, logistics, and warehousing
* Develop and execute a supply chain strategy aligned with business growth plans and customer experience ambitions
* Build and manage supplier relationships, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and supply resilience
* Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) partners and last-mile delivery providers
* Implement systems, reporting tools, and processes to improve visibility and reduce cost across the supply chain
* Work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance to support launches, seasonal campaigns, and stock planning
* Champion sustainability, ethical sourcing, and operational excellence throughout the supply chain
* Build and lead a small team, with scope to scale the function as the business grows
About You
* Strong experience leading supply chain functions in the hospitality, food & beverage, QSR, or DTC consumer sectors
* Experience managing both retail and eCommerce/DTC supply chains is essential
* Deep knowledge of ingredient sourcing, packaging, cold-chain logistics, and 3PL partnerships
* Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
* Experience working in fast-paced, founder-led, or high-growth environments
* Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Based in or able to work from London HQ 2–3 days per week
