Programme Manager – Salary circa £75,000

About the role:
In this role, you'll ensure transformation programs are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Efficiently manage resources across projects to ensure optimal use. Keep stakeholders informed by effectively communicating progress, addressing concerns, and challenging the status quo. Foster collaboration by breaking down silos and encouraging open communication and teamwork. Ensure strategic alignment and integration of multiple projects within the transformation program with the wider business strategy, while managing risks and issues to ensure they are identified, assessed, and mitigated appropriately.
Skills and experience:
* Experience in Finance is desirable
* Professional qualifications – Prince 2 / APM / PMI (Desirable)
* Proven ability to leverage Agile methodologies for efficient project delivery, budgeting, and financial alignment.
* Strong senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience in fostering collaboration and teamwork to achieve strategic goals and successful outcomes.
