My client, a beautiful 4-star Country House Hotel set along the breathtaking South Cornwall coastline, is looking for a passionate and driven Pastry Chef to join their award-winning kitchen team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a Rosette-standard kitchen where quality, seasonality, and innovation are at the heart of everything.
What Were Looking for: Proven experience as a Pastry Chef within a Rosette-standard kitchen
Strong organisational and communication skills
Creative flair with the confidence to contribute to menu development
The ability to work closely with the Head Chef on seasonal menu design
A genuine passion for high-quality ingredients and refined presentation
