We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Corporate Administrator to join a leading legal firm. This role involves managing the formation and ongoing administration of a varied portfolio of companies.
Key responsibilities include transaction management, client meeting organisation, drafting minutes, managing statutory filings, and maintaining company records. The successful candidate will process bank payments, reconcile logs, and manage invoicing and debtor follow-up. The role involves supervising junior team members and identifying their training needs. They will also support process improvements, contribute to policy development, and drive service innovation.
We are seeking someone with 4-6 years of relevant experience in the finance industry, preferably with a strong academic background and working towards or holding a professional qualification such as ICSA. Excellent communication skills, a client-focused attitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Knowledge of Viewpoint and applicable corporate and regulatory laws will be a distinct advantage.
