About the role
We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to work directly with our Founder and Managing Director; an engaged and diligent right hand to support us across multiple departments of the business. As in any true scale-up, projects and opportunities can crop up fast and therefore this role leans more operational than administrative as you respond to whatever keeps the business moving.
The role will touch almost every corner of the business, but as a guide, you could expect to be involved in the following:
* Manage calendars, inboxes and day-to-day admin for the Founder and MD
* Oversee routine HR tasks such as onboarding and people ops
* Manage legal, supplier & logistics admin and support in related business change projects
* Support the digital team with general ecommerce & marketing research
* Drive momentum in company-wide projects, using comms, minutes & project tools
About You
An experienced EA, Chief of Staff, Head of Operations or similar (3+ years)
* Excited by the pace and variety of a startup - this isn’t a rigid, corporate role
* EA experience in an ecommerce or digital environment
* Trustworthy & great with people, balancing warmth with professionalism
Role Specifics
* Fully Remote, on EU Timezone
* 18-20 hours per week, flexible over 4+ days
* 6 month initial freelance contract, with a view to permanent employment
