Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements:
* At least 10 years of proven experience in C# & .NET development
* Good experience in Windows application development
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills when dealing with technical and non-technical people
* At least 5 years of experience in financial services
* Exposure to development within C# or other development technologies (nice-to-have)
* Experience and knowledge of Agile delivery (nice-to-have)
* Experience with CI and automation tools (nice-to-have)
Responsibilities:
* Development and support of the Banks BI applications using the MS .NET platform with C#.
* Understand business requirements and design applications accordingly.
* Conduct business data analysis and programming in Visual C#.NET using both Oracle and SQL Server databases.
* Perform unit testing and quality assurance (QA).
* Implement and maintain production and disaster recovery environments.
* Support existing C# and .NET applications.
* Provide general IT support to maintain environments in collaboration with the Banks BI IT department.
