As a Registered Nurse with Meallmore, you will work to enrich residents’ lives by providing high standards of person-centred nursing care while leading and supporting the team – with residents' wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.
Salary and hours

36 hours per week, nights

Role and responsibilities
* Uphold high nursing care standards by leading the team and ensuring smooth shifts, creating a safe and supportive environment in line with NMC codes of practice
* Deliver hands-on clinical care, leadership, and support to provide the highest standards of person-centred care
* Advocate for and deliver a person-centred approach to care for residents and their families
* Develop and monitor comprehensive, tailored care plans and detailed risk assessments adhering to regulatory frameworks
What we are looking for
* Valid NMC registration
* Previous experience leading a team (Desirable)
* Excellent knowledge of current clinical practices and regulatory frameworks
* Professional, compassionate, and motivated with a person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing
* Organised, flexible, and great communication skills
