£We are recruiting for a Housing Support Worker on behalf of a Housing Association in Preston. This role involves providing high-quality support to individuals, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and well-maintained living environment.
As a Housing Support Worker, you will provide tailored support to individuals, working in a person-centred manner to meet a range of needs.
Supporting individuals with daily living tasks such as medication prompts, budgeting, and attending appointments.
Monitoring and promoting safeguarding practices, raising concerns as necessary.
Addressing neighbour disputes and tenancy issues with the Housing Officer or Manager.
Participating in training and team meetings to improve service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, working with vulnerable individuals in a housing-related capacity.
Knowledge of confidentiality and data protection (GDPR).
Experience in property maintenance or housing management.
THE CONTRACT
~ Full-Time, Monday to Friday.
~ Permanent Contract.
