Job Role:
We are seeking IT Service Desk Junior Analysts to join our team. This role offers a chance to start a career in tech, gaining knowledge and qualifications for growth.
You will handle IT support queries from our Head Office, Warehouses, and Retail locations worldwide, using contact centre and ticketing systems. Training will cover troubleshooting, managing tickets, escalating issues, writing technical documentation, and assisting with hardware/software setup.
This is an office-based role with shifts between 7am and 9pm, including weekend work on a 1-in-4 basis.
Qualifications:
* No prior experience needed; passion for IT and eagerness to learn are essential.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Problem-solving ability and calmness under pressure.
* Ability to manage a busy workload proactively.
* Experience in customer service or retail/warehouse environments is a plus but not required.
