The role involves:
* Supporting pupils with SEND (including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH)
* Helping to implement EHCPs and support strategies
* Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families
* Encouraging small wins that make a big difference
You’ll need:
* A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* SEND experience, ideally in a classroom setting
* A patient, nurturing approach
* Good humour, great communication, and bags of empathy
