Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Business Administrator to join Cheshire East Council’s SEN Team on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Duties:
* To provide support across the Special Educational Needs and Disability Service including providing advice to schools, early years settings, post 16 providers, parents, and young people
* To be a first point of contact for schools and parents with enquiries relating to the service area and to respond appropriately
* To support managers in the organisation of meetings, including the distribution of related information, taking minutes and following up actions
* To respond to enquiries and requests for information from internal and external sources in a timely manner
* To take minutes at the Statutory Assessment Panel
* Updating internal database systems
Requirements:
* Experience of undertaking a range of administrative tasks
* Experience of working in a customer service environment
* Experience of using various IT packages i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Databases
* Experience of use of maintaining databases
