About the role
A highly regarded Ofsted-rated Good college in Surrey is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor who’s passionate about the industry to join their team as a Quantity Surveying Lecturer. You’ll deliver the T-Level in Design, Surveying & Planning for Construction—an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of construction professionals.
Role Overview
Teach and assess students, delivering exceptional learning experiences.
Act as a course tutor—manage attendance and support academic progress.
Develop industry-aligned curriculum.
Participate in student recruitment and promotional events.
Uphold administrative and quality standards.
Ensure a safe learning environment under Health & Safety legislation.
What we’re looking for
Essential qualifications & experience
Quantity Surveying qualification and industry experience.
GCSE Grade 4/C or equivalent in Maths & English.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and VLE platforms.
Desirable credentials
Further education teaching experience.
Previous delivery of the Design & Planning T-Level.
RICS-accredited qualification.
Familiarity with digital communication tools.
