Echoes International is now seeking to appoint an Operations Director to work alongside the General Director. This is an exciting opportunity to support the work of cross-cultural mission around the world. As a director of Echoes International, the successful applicant will work with the team to help deliver an efficient and well-managed charity.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a sense of call to the role. A knowledge of the Brethren movement and a passion for cross-cultural mission will be important, as will strong organisational and leadership skills. Alongside the General Director, the Operations Director will also serve as an ambassador for the work of EI, both at home and overseas. They should have a heart for people and pastoral care, and an understanding of good governance within a charity.
