As part of our leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the daily running of the setting, supporting staff, and ensuring our high standards of care and education are consistently met.
You will begin as Third in Charge, working closely with the management team and gaining hands-on experience in leading rooms, supporting staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. As our current Deputy Manager will soon be relocating out of the area, you will naturally step into the Deputy role, with your salary increasing to up to £36,000 to reflect your responsibilities and contribution.

About You:
We are looking for someone confident, motivated, and committed to delivering outstanding early years practice. You will need a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent), strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, and a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential. Leadership experience is highly desirable, along with excellent communication and organisational skills.
