You’ll be supervising a small team of customer service executives, focusing on coaching, performance development, and training. You won’t be dealing with customer queries day-to-day, your role is all about helping the team perform at their best.

The Role:
1. Lead, support, and supervise a small team
2. Conduct regular 1-1s, performance reviews, and team check-ins
3. Mentor and coach team members to improve skills and service levels
4. Handle recruitment and onboarding of new staff
5. Deliver and coordinate training plans
6. Support with team development and reporting
7. Step in to handle urgent customer issues when needed
8. Promote a positive, customer-first culture across the team
The Candidate:
9. Experience supervising or mentoring a team
10. Strong office based customer service experience
11. Experience in a Customer Service Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader role
12. Organised, proactive, and confident in decision-making
