The Role: Cover Supervisor As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be placed in a Banbury secondary school where you will: Oversee lessons when teachers are absent. Ensure students are engaged with pre-set learning materials. Manage classroom behaviour and encourage a productive learning environment. Support learning without the need for planning or marking.
