AG Integrate is excited to announce that we are currently collaborating with several prestigious clients who are seeking a range of interim support within the Real Estate, Energy and Sports sectors. If you are searching for your next interim opportunity and possess the experience listed below, we would love to hear from you!
* A Construction lawyer boasting 3-10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
* Extensive non-contentious transactional construction experience.
* A solid history of successfully negotiating, drafting, and advising on a wide range of construction agreements including Framework Agreements, Construction Management, Design and Build Contracts, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts, Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT), New Engineering Contract (NEC), and FIDIC contracts.
* In-depth understanding of Public Finance Initiatives (PFI) and Public-Private Partnership (PPP).
* The capability to deliver in-depth legal advice on project structuring, contract negotiation, risk management, and dispute resolution.
* Experience in large-scale construction projects, such as residential and commercial developments including homes, accommodations, retail, industrial, logistics space, and land regeneration projects.
* Experience in energy-related infrastructure projects (such as Data Centres, Gas and Electricity Transmission, Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Systems and Networks, and LNG projects) is desirable.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
