A prestigious international law firm is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate to join its award-winning team in Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value transactions with leading investors and developers across the UK and beyond.
The Role
You’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team handling a broad range of real estate matters, including:
1. Investment and development projects
2. Asset management
3. Renewables and infrastructure
4. Traditional and emerging asset classes (e.g., offices, retail, industrial, student accommodation, hotels, PRS)
You’ll be involved in high profile deals and have the chance to work with some of the most significant players in the market.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
5. Has 3–6 years’ PQE in a recognised real estate practice
6. Is confident mentoring junior lawyers
7. Demonstrates excellent communication and commercial awareness
8. Thrives both independently and in a team setting
9. Is organised, deadline-driven, and committed to innovation
