Vehicle Technician needed in Aberdeen
1. Location: Aberdeen
2. Basic Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
3. OTE: Up to £45,000 with weekend availability
4. Hours: Monday to Friday, 40-hour week
5. Weekends: Optional, paid additionally toward OTE
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a motivated and experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy independent workshop based in Aberdeen. This business is also open to considering experienced fast-fit technicians who are looking to expand their skill set and take the next step in their career — with full training and ongoing investment provided.
Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician:
6. Fault diagnostics, servicing, and mechanical repairs across a range of makes and models
7. Use of modern diagnostic equipment and live data tools
8. Safety inspections and system checks in line with DVSA standards
9. Working on mechanical systems including brakes, suspension, steering, A/C and exhaust
10. EV/Hybrid servicing and ADAS calibration (training provided if required)
11. Maintain high standards of workmanship and clear documentation of completed jobs
Requirements Needed for the Vehicle Technician Position:
12. Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician (or equivalent) preferred
13. Fast-fit technicians with strong experience encouraged to apply
14. Confident diagnosing and repairing faults
15. A positive, team-oriented mentality and willingness to learn
16. Full UK driving licence
