About the Role: Based at Firfield Primary School DE72 3EG Hours: 18.5 hours a week (you will be working a split shift Monday&Tuesday 6am-9.15am and then 2pm-6pm, on a Wednesday you will work 6am-9am) You'll play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs. Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly. Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records. Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties. Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and have a willingness to attend training courses including Health and Safety (all training will be provided). Who are we looking for?
