Your new company
You will be joining a fast-growing civil engineering contractor operating in the water industry. This multi-accredited design and build contractor specialises in the delivery of infrastructure solutions within the water sector and has a strong pipeline of work with Severn Trent Water. They offer excellent career progression prospects and, due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Agent to join their delivery team.
This is a full-time permanent position based in the Nottingham, Derby and Leicester areas.
Your new role
As Site Agent, your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing day-to-day site operations
* Ensuring adherence with health, safety and environmental policies
* Reporting progress to key project stakeholders
* Managing construction activities
* Coordinating and supervising subcontractors
* Maintaining budgets and schedules.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must have:
* Previous experience in civil works within the water (clean or waste) industry in a site management capacity
* CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
* Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental policies
* Ability to manage construction activities and coordinate subcontractors
* Full UK driving licence.
