About the Role: Lead and manage the MFL department (currently offering French and Spanish). Oversee curriculum development and implementation across KS3-KS5. Support and develop staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and high expectations. Monitor and track student progress, ensuring excellent outcomes for all learners. Promote cultural awareness and global citizenship through innovative teaching and extracurricular opportunities. We are looking for someone who: Is an experienced and enthusiastic MFL teacher with a proven track record of strong classroom practice. Has experience (or a strong readiness) to take on leadership responsibility. Is committed to raising student achievement and developing a passion for languages.
