Location
Hillingdon Granges – comprising Yiewsley Grange, Colne Grange, Upton Grange. This role will be predominantly based at Yiewsley Grange, with occasional support to other Hillingdon Granges sites.
Salary
Up to £53,200 DOE plus £5,000 Welcome Bonus (£2,500 after one month and £2,500 upon completion of final probation period). T&C apply.
Hours & Contract
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. Permanent. Flexibility around term‑time contract can be discussed.
The Role
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our in‑house clinical team. Working collaboratively with the education team, you will deliver bespoke occupational therapy assessment and intervention to pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neuro‑divergent or have SEMH needs. You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Occupational Therapy Ways of Working and hold an occupational therapy caseload under the support of a designated clinical supervisor and Lead Clinician. You will also contribute to staff training and consultation as required.

Essential Criteria
* Recognised Occupational Therapy degree
* Valid and up to date HCPC Registration
* Registered member of RCOT
* Relevant experience in providing occupational therapy services within a similar setting is preferable
* Previously engaged with people who are neuro‑divergent and/or experience learning difficulty and/or socio‑emotional and mental health difficulties in any setting, with evidence of transferrable skills
* Sound knowledge and clinical understanding of OT theory and its practical application to support independence
* Experience of multi‑professional work with teams or services within the designated speciality preferred
* Ability to work independently, flexibly and confidently in a school environment
* Clear and concise report writing skills
* Interest in sensory integration or sensory‑informed practice (SI practitioner training in progress or completed is preferable, but not essential)
