Customer Service Representative
* £24,000 per year
* Aylesbury (Office Based)
* Permanent / Full time - 37.5 hours per week
Join our customer service contact centre, where you'll be part of a dedicated, passionate, fun, and energetic team. Your role will involve helping customers with queries, providing resolutions, and delivering excellent customer service.
We seek someone passionate about customers, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Experience in customer service is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is helpful but not essential, as we offer a comprehensive 4-week induction to support your onboarding.
