Your new role
As Social Media Manager, you will own and execute the brand’s social media presence end to end. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who lives and breathes content, aesthetics, and brand storytelling.
Working directly with the CMO and wider marketing team, you will translate a premium brand into consistently exceptional content across all major platforms. You will be deeply embedded in the business, spending time in clinics, capturing real moments, and understanding what truly differentiates thepany. This is a high-autonomy role with real influence over how the brand is seen, felt, and experienced.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and delivering social media strategy aligned to wider business goals
2. Owning content calendars and producing daily posts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn
3. Creating all content assets yourself, including visuals, video edits, captions, covers and subtitles
4. Managingmunity engagement, messages,ments and brand interactions
5. Tracking performance, reporting on key metrics and optimising based on insight
6. Staying ahead of platform trends and adapting strategy accordingly
7. Managing and supporting paid social campaigns where required
8. Protecting and evolving brand tone, look and feel across channels
9. Attending events and clinics to capture high-quality, real-world content
What you'll need to succeed
10. Proven experience in a Social Media Manager role within a premium, direct-to-consumer brand ( luxury fitness, wellness, hospitality, beauty, aesthetics or experiences)
11. A strong visual eye and deep appreciation for design, tone and brand consistency
12. Hands-on expertise with content creation and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe, Figma, CapCut or Premiere
13. Confidence creating video-first content optimised for social platforms
14. Strong copywriting skills and an instinctive understanding of how to engage audiences
15. Experience using scheduling, monitoring and analytics tools
16. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance and refine strategy
17. High levels of organisation, ownership and attention to detail
