What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Leading and developing strong client relationships across a varied portfolio
✔ Acting as a trusted advisor, providing tax, accounting, and commercial guidance
✔ Reviewing working papers, accounts, and tax compliance
✔ Monitoring budgets, time allocations, and project costs
✔ Resolving technical accounting and tax queries
✔ Ensuring compliance with internal standards and quality frameworks
✔ Identifying opportunities to add further value for clients
✔ Discussing key findings with senior leadership
✔ Mentoring and supporting junior team members, helping shape their professional development
What We’re Looking For:
💡 ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) OR qualified by experience
💡 Experience managing your own portfolio and supporting senior stakeholders
💡 Strong technical expertise in accounts preparation and tax compliance
💡 Proven background supervising, coaching, or developing accounts teams
💡 Organised, proactive, and able to manage your time effectively
💡 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport quickly
💡 A collaborative approach and passion for delivering high-quality client service
