Responsibilities
* Maintain high customer service standards and meet SLAs.
* Manage calls, provide information, and handle correspondence.
* Approve vendor bank details following compliance protocols.
* Collaborate with Credit Control on tenant debt labeling.
* Record and deposit cheques received.
* Prepare outgoing mail for income and expenditure.
