You'll be responsible for building a coherent, high-impact design function that drives business outcomes and delights users.RequirementsOwn the strategic vision for design across all touchpoints—from product and UX to web, brand, and marketing.Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of UX and UI designersChampion design as a business tool—bringing evidence, insight, and creativity to the table.Get hands-on with design work. Sketch, prototype, test, refine.
