We are seeking experienced recruitment professionals who are proactive, engaging and commercially focused and who thrive on building trusted relationships and partnerships whilst solving complex hiring challenges. You will work with clients ranging from start-up early-stage organisations, SMEs to large corporates and scale-ups, delivering consultative hiring solutions and providing effective recruitment solutions.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering full lifecycle recruitment from vacancy intake and briefing, targeted sourcing, candidate assessment, interview preparation, offer negotiation and onboarding. You will build and maintain long term effective relationships across all stakeholder groups, acting as a trusted recruitment adviser and as the client ambassador within the candidate community.
You will be well versed in achieving individual billings and KPI targets whilst contributing to broader team business objectives. In addition, you will possess strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions across all stakeholder groups, effectively developing long term client partnerships.
We firmly believe that an inherent ability to provide first class recruitment service provision and consultative client support is the key factor for success and, as such, we are very keen to speak with Consultants across all areas of sector specialisms, whether you have been working within permanent or temporary recruitment roles.
