Carpenter x 2 for work on a nuclear MoD site in Berkshire.
12 month contract, paying GBP25-27ph via CIS. Standard 40 hour week, Mon to Friday.
Potential for OT.
Start ASAP. Will need to undergo an MoD security clearance. You can start whilst your security application is 'in-progress'. We shall support you with the paperwork.
CSCS card required. Successful applicants will need to undergo a safety medical.
Role Overview:
As a key part of the on-site team, you'll be responsible for all aspects of first and second fix carpentry for internal fit-outs. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your skills on a standout project with premium finishes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete first and second fix carpentry to a consistently high standard.
* Install interior features such as doors, skirting, architraves, and more.
* Liaise effectively with site managers and trades to meet deadlines.
* Uphold site cleanliness and ensure work areas are safe and organized.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in both first and second fix carpentry.
* Excellent attention to detail with a focus on high-end finishes.
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
