Join Our Team – Make a Difference Every Day!
Are you a resilient, positive, and compassionate individual who thrives on challenge and believes every child deserves the chance to succeed?
At Chester Park, we work with children who may exhibit behaviours such as biting, kicking, running away, and throwing items. These behaviours are expressions of unmet needs, and we are committed to understanding and supporting each child with empathy, consistency, and care. Some of these children may have experienced trauma, adverse childhood experiences (ACES) or have SEND but all of these children deserve the best opportunities in life.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking someone who:
•Brings positivity and resilience to every situation.
•Understands the importance of clear boundaries and consistent routines.
•Is committed to building trusting relationships with children.
•Can remain calm and solution-focused in moments of challenge.
•Is eager to learn and grow alongside a supportive team.
What You’ll Gain:
Working with children with complex needs is not easy—but the rewards are enormous:
•Witness the growth and development of a child who once struggled.
•Be part of a journey where a child masters new strategies to manage their emotions and behaviours.
•Build deep, trusting relationships that can change a child’s life.
•Join a team that values your wellbeing, supports your development, and celebrates your impact.
Join Us:
If you believe in the power of connection, consistency, and compassion, we’d love to hear from you.
Interviews will be held on 19th November 2025.
