We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead our Building Information Modeling (BIM) efforts, drive digital transformation, and optimize project workflows through cutting-edge BIM strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement BIM standards, guidelines, and workflows for all projects.
2. Manage the integration of BIM models throughout project lifecycles to ensure consistency, quality, and collaboration across teams.
3. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to align BIM processes with project requirements.
4. Conduct regular model audits, clash detection, and quality control to ensure adherence to BIM standards.
5. Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and best practices.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to maintain P6 Planning’s competitive edge in BIM.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in BIM management, ideally within the construction or engineering industry.
* Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
* Strong understanding of 3D modeling, data management, and construction documentation.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with multi-disciplinary team coordination and project management.
