Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in Milton Keynes. Reporting to the Creative and Digital Manager, this role is central to delivering visually compelling and brand-consistent design solutions across digital and print media. You will be responsible for creating marketing collateral, packaging, event materials, and digital assets that support our campaigns and elevate the customer experience. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across department.
What you will be doing
* Designing marketing materials like brochures, adverts, social media graphics, and presentations.
* Creating artwork for packaging, product displays, trade shows, and internal communications.
* Developing concepts that align with brand strategy and campaign goals.
* Ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints and departments.
* Preparing artwork for print and digital use, liaising with suppliers to ensure quality.
* Collaborating with marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver impactful designs.
* Supporting wider creative projects including photography, video, and content creation.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a marketing or creative setting.
* Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
* A solid understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy.
* Experience designing for both digital and print.
* Excellent time management and attention to detail.
* A portfolio that showcases your creativity, versatility, and design quality.
