As a General Manager, you will be an inspirational leader responsible for operating our clubs and ensuring an excellent member experience every day, seven days a week.
You will work closely with your regional management team and club support to implement best practices, drive club performance, and develop improvement plans against key metrics. Leading a culture of excellence, you will share knowledge, guide your teams, and foster a high-performing, inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all aspects of club operations, ensuring high-quality member experiences.
* Inspire, develop, and manage a large team, including other managers.
* Drive financial performance through planning, monitoring, and reporting against targets.
* Implement club improvement plans and action initiatives aligned with business metrics.
* Maintain compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
* Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and engagement across all teams.
Requirements / About You
* Inspirational leader with strong collaboration and communication skills.
* Proven experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
* Experience managing a large team, including managers.
* Exposure to financial planning and budget management.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
