My client is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join their HR team and help shape how we reward, retain, and engage the people.
In this role, you’ll use data and insight to:
* Analyse pay and benefits trends and support benchmarking
* Manage compensation reviews and incentive schemes
* Deliver accurate reporting and recommendations to HR and Finance
* Support global reward projects and ensure compliance

* Experience in reward, compensation, or HR analytics
* Strong Excel and data skills (HRIS/Power BI a plus)
